How can software help?

Computers are magnificent machines that automate repetitive and tedious operations, particularly those involving calculations and data management.  Software is the bridge that links people to computers by providing structured workflows designed to accomplish specific tasks.  In the context of the dance studio, a management system should relieve the studio owner, the staff, and the teachers from mundane clerical and record-keeping jobs so that they can focus on what they love doing -- teaching people to dance!  Likewise, the software should provide tools for parents and dancers to take control of the classes they are taking and give them access to information related to their account and to the studio.
